Still retaining that smart casual feeling, synonymous with No.10 Restaurant + Bar’s brand - Chef Duncan Winter has designed the new menus to be modern, fresh and wholesome.
The new menus take inspiration from Europe to Asia. With the dishes perfectly crafted to keep in mind the cooler and more intimate dining experiences ahead.
The dinner menu is now slightly slower and more detailed. Courses that group food and beverage manager, Joseph Wagland describes as, “delightful entrée’s, delicious mains and a luxurious dessert menu”.
Good news to busy lunch diners, as the new lunch menu is more efficient and affordable than ever. Most dishes fall under the $20 mark and designed to have the diner in and out, should they need swift service.
Two standout dishes from the new menus are:
Miso baked eggplant with crispy shallots, bonito flakes and silken tofu.
Braised lamb shoulder pie with green olives, white wine and a parmesan and potato crust.
