No.10 Restaurant + Bar have partnered with Mada Wines to host an intimate wine dinner experience for 65 lucky guests.
Showcasing five very special Mada wines, carefully matched to five unique No.10 Restaurant + Bar dishes that explore the best of local produce.
This winter, No.10 Restaurant + Bar is letting the ingredients do the talking. Having recently unveiled a new seasonal menu, hosts Head Chef Duncan Winter and Group Food & Beverage Manager Joe Wagland are excited to indulge guests in a curated selection of warm, hearty dishes, crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Mada Wines produces a collection of small-batch wines from the Canberra region. Passionate winemaker Hamish Young, formerly of Eden Road Wines, is guided by a philosophy of ‘celebrating origin’. Drawing on his deep familiarity with the region, Young delivers generous wines which retain their delicacy and demonstrate an abiding respect for his craft. With a decade of local experience, Young is intimately aware of the unique subtleties that characterise the many outstanding sites scattered throughout the landscape.
Located at 10 Bowes Street in Woden, the dinner will take place within the restaurant’s modern and intimate space on the 31st of August, starting from 6.30pm.
The event menu, constructed by Head Chef, Duncan Winter is available to preview here.
Seats to the dinner are $110 per head and are strictly limited to 65. For more information on how to book visit no10-mada-winedinner.eventbrite.com.au today. This event is expected to sell out quickly.
