Following months of careful planning and tasting, No. 10 Restaurant + Bar is thrilled to announce the introduction of our new menu!
Head Chef Duncan Winter has emphasized a very seasonal tone to the new menu, creating a frenzy of rich flavours which are hinting a welcome to the cooler months.
The breakfast menu has seen the addition of heartier dishes including our personal favourite; Belgian Apple Waffle with seasonal fruits and buttermilk ice cream.
For a healthier alternative, you can’t go past the Breakfast Bruschetta, which includes a complimentary combination of house smoked salmon, marinated cherry tomatoes, Spanish onion, shaved cucumber, avocado, and herb salad.
The lunch and evening menus have combined forces to create an indulgent selection of hearty dishes that you can enjoy throughout the day from 11:30am until late.
A taste of the seasonal direction is the Pulled Pork Tortilla, which is perfectly complimented with coleslaw, chipotle sauce, and pickled jalapeno.
The menu also reveals hearty favourites including Chargrilled Tasmanian sirloin with béarnaise butter, herb salad, and fries, as well as Roast Lamb Rump with spiced carrot purée, charred corn, zucchini pearls and fried curry leaves.
For the pièce de resistance, the sweet tooths can indulge in a Chocolate and Raspberry Fondant with Vanilla bean ice cream and praline.
